Construction Continues in Dean Bank Main Office
July 13, 2018: The changes are becoming more obvious and in public view. Franklin Office Universal Bankers and Branch management have new temporary digs in the first floor administration area. The banking transaction area is getting a little cramped with the resurrection of a temporary wall, as we remodel the retail branch offices.
Access to the new vestibule, with walk-up ATM and night deposit drop, off of Main Street is only a few days away. Please continue to use the night drop on Main Street while we put on the finishing touches. Our rear entrance, located off the parking area on Dean Avenue, is still the only public entrance to the bank.
What’s already changed
- Demolition of branch space
- Temporary teller line has been installed
- Financial Services Group office temporarily relocated to the second floor
- Relocation of branch personnel
- Main Street entrance closed (enter from rear parking lot off Dean Ave.)
- Walk-up ATM (off Main Street) closed April 3rd
- Partitions installed for Café wall near rear entrance
- Installation of steel supports for second floor and new vestibule
- Ceiling over new first floor offices and front entry
- Partitions for new first floor offices
- Activation of new drive-up system
- First floor administrative personnel moved to second floor
What’s coming soon
- Reopening of walk-up ATM
- Re-location of Night Deposit drop
- More noise in the banking transaction area as we remodel the retail branch offices
