Shortly after signing up for a new debit card, you will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail. Once you've received your Welcome Kit, you can register to access your Dean Bank Rewards Account online. This is where you can inquire about your level of DeanPoints, browse reward options, and redeem your points. If you don't register online, you can still make inquiries and redeem points by phone: 1.877.OUR.RWDS (1.877.687.7937).
When you register your Dean Bank Rewards account online, you will have the option to receive a monthly Dean Bank Rewards eStatement notification instead of a quarterly printed statement. If you select this eStatement option, we’ll reward you with 500 Bonus Points! (Please note that your Rewards Statement is not the same as your monthly checking account statement.)
